Victor is Vice President Selection, Training and Customer Service. He has been with PrivatAir since 1992, when he joined as head of cabin crew. Since that time, his responsibilities in the areas of customer service, corporate image and training have not ceased to grow and he has played a key role in transforming the company from a corporate air fleet to a fully commercial operation. In the last five years, Victor has continued to strive for perfection in cabin crew service standards. Highlights include developing a relationship with the Ecole Hotelière of Lausanne to introduce new elements of customer service to the PrivatAir fleet, replicating PrivatAir's VIP cabin service ethos across its airline services fleet, and establishing a training centre. Victor studied Hotel Management and Business Studies before joining British Airways in 1980 as a member of the cabin crew. He was later seconded to the Royal Flight of Qatar for five years before being promoted to the position of cabin service director, a large part of which included managing and maintaining the highest levels of VIP service amongst all members of the crew.
